Stouffville September 2026 Market Update
. The average fell 8.7% to $1,139,770 and the median fell 8.3% to $1,050,000, both moving together, so this isn't a mix story. Detached, which is 63% of what sells here, repriced 8% on the average and almost 10% on the median across 26 sales. The homes that did sell went quickly, 35 days against 44 in August, and semis and townhouses closed above asking. Fewer buyers, but the ones who showed up were decisive.
