For over 20 years, Broker Al DiRezze has enjoyed a successful Real Estate career in the Toronto market, earning numerous high level awards from Royal LePage.
Al's experience and success has enabled him to become a resource of knowledge for many new and established agents. Al puts this knowledge to work serving the needs of his clients, assisting them in all their Real Estate pursuits.
Al comes to Team Zold, in the newly created position as Commercial Broker helping clients with the purchase and/or lease of commercial, industrial and investment properties, as well as land development and assembly. This position has been created to make sure that Team Zold is your one stop shop for any and all real estate needs.
Al has been a resident of York Region for over 45 years, attending school, working and raising a family in the community. After graduating with a B.A. from York University, he worked in both the construction and food service industry further developing his negotiation and customer service skills.
When not at work, Al spends time with his wife and three children, taking in community events and enjoying the many hiking trails that York Region has to offer.
