Jefferson Community Information
Jefferson community, named after Jefferson Sideroad, is a large neighbourhood with new homes. This relaxing community began occupation in 2007. There are a wide variety of homes for sale in the neighbourhood to suit any family including townhomes, semi-detached homes and detached homes. Jefferson includes a large area, roughly bounded by Gamble Road in the south, Bathurst Street in the west and Bayview Avenue in the east. The community includes a residential subdivision namely Jefferson Forest, located in the southeast portion of the community. As of 2011, the average price for any housing type in the Jefferson community is around $625 000.
This northern-most neighbourhood is also located close to Yonge Street and the VIVA and YRT buses make commuting within the GTA convenient and stress-free.
